General Conditions of Use

By using this website, you acknowledge, understand and accept to the following terms and conditions. 

You agree not to copy or link to images or portions of this site misrepresenting it as one that is not the original site.

Product descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent items listed for sale through the use of photographs and text descriptions. Please review photos and descriptions carefully so that you know what you are buying. 

Shipping and delivery times

We can only be responsible for the time taken to get the item ready to ship. Once the shipping company has taken the item, it is out of our hands. If the customer requests in writing and pays the additional insurance fee, we can insure the item with the delivery carrier, if the option is also available by the shipper.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are not accepted. If dissatisfied, customer must contact the seller, explain the situation and a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis because most items sold are quite unique.  If item is not shipped for any reason, the item and shipping will be fully refunded.

Privacy

We do not sell or share any of your contact info or payment info with anyone other than institutions required to process your payment.

Payment Terms and Special Fees

Payment is due prior to shipping. If offered by the shipper, you may pay additional fees for insurance or expedited shipping.

Cancellations 

Cancellations are excepted if received prior to packaging for shipment. Once packaged for shipment, no cancellations are accepted.

Liabilities

We cannot be liable for any damage or injury due to product sold once it leaves our shoppe.  If damage occurs during shipping, the customer must resolve this with the shipper.  We cannot be liable for any damages due to website downtime.
